- For Clinics and Healthcare Professionals:
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan laws, including the Data Protection Act, 2019 and the Health Act, 2017.
- Maintain the confidentiality of patient data.
- For Patients:
- Provide accurate health information to ensure quality care.
6. Fees and Payment
- Subscription fees apply for access to SMART CLINIC.
- Payments must be made in full and on time.
- Refunds, if applicable, will follow the refund policy outlined on the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, software, and trademarks on SMART CLINIC are owned by or licensed to SMART CLINIC.
- Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
- SMART CLINIC is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for:
- Losses due to misuse of the platform.
- Interruptions or delays in service.
- Data breaches caused by unauthorized access to user accounts.
9. Termination
- SMART CLINIC reserves the right to terminate accounts for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Users may terminate their accounts by contacting customer support.
